The Accountant III position is responsible coordinating the budget creation with the Project Management Office (PMO) and Technology division to ensure they are appropriately capturing costs related to Projects. This position will also be responsible for preparing and reconciling Project variance reporting from the Financial Systems with reports generated and provided by the PMO to confirm accuracy and consistency. This position is also responsible for assisting with the annual operating budget and monthly/quarterly variance reporting. This position will also be responsible for Capital Project accounting, including pre-purchase and project viability analysis, and project capitalization compliance.
