The primary purpose of the Sr. Security Administrator is to serve as the Identity and Access Management (IAM) subject matter expert on all bank projects and implementations, as well as collaboration with project, application, and infrastructure teams to enhance the security posture for AgFirst Farm Credit Bank’s information systems. The Sr. Security Administrator enforces all Bank security policies and department procedures to ensure the safety of Bank information systems assets, and prevent intentional harm or inadvertent access. This position requires strong knowledge of Active Directory, user authentication and authorization methods, user provisioning, Cloud and IAM platforms, as well as Privileged Access Management solutions. The Sr. Security Administrator works within a highly regulated environment (e.g. SOC2, ICFR, and NIST Cybersecurity regulations and standards).


REQUIREMENTS: 

  • 7+ years of experience with Identity and Access Management platforms, frameworks, systems, and solutions
  • Expert level knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Expert with one or more of the following: Active Directory, LDAP, Single Sign-On, SAML, Oauth, Active Roles Server
  • Expert level knowledge of building and configuring SailPoint IdentityIQ connectors for automated data collection and automated provisioning
  • Expert understanding of information security practices, computer infrastructures, computing services, applications, databases, middleware, and management systems
  • Excellent understanding of design and development of enterprise workflows, forms and reusable rules, tasks and reports within SailPoint IdentityIQ to support wide range of applications and functionalities


Desired Experience:

  • Azure (e.g. SaaS solutions, security and compliance, etc.)
  • Password Manager and/or Privileged Access solutions
  • Unix operating systems
  • Mainframe operating systems
  • Perl, Python, TFS, PowerShell, Java, C/C++, NET Framework
  • Service-oriented architecture and web services
  • Platform and/or data flow migrations
