The CIA will create and maintain Loan Servicing Plans for AgFirst portfolio loans. The CIA will also analyze financial statements to assess borrower compliance with loan terms and conditions along with periodic analysis and review of AgFirst portfolio loan documentation. The CIA will review and spread corporate financial statements in Moody's Risk Analyst and Excel and prepare peer group analysis tables. Finally, the CIA will monitor derivative counterparty third-party ratings.

The focus of this job is on producing high quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines and procedures. Consistent, error free work based on defined regulations and standards are key measures of job performance success. Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4-year college degree with emphasis in finance/business.
  • Thorough understanding of GAAP accounting and how to read and interpret corporate financial statements (audits, reviews, accrual based statements)
  • Careful attention to detail and strong organization skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve and take initiative
