The Intern will work as a part of the Customer Support team to assist in providing quality support on technical, business and operational inquires/systems in a professional and timely manner for the Bank, internal and external customer. Will log and document tickets in accordance with defined procedures. May participate in small projects as needed. Candidate should be a self-starter willing to work in a structured and fast paced environment.
• Majoring in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or any other IT related discipline
• Detail oriented
• Ability to organize data in a clear and concise manner
• Works well with others
• Great customer service skills for end user support
• Basic understanding of desktop computing equipment and mobile device operation
