AgFirst is seeking a Lead Product Manager for transformation of the Collateral Management and Document Storage product suite who is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle to deliver winning products including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely through an Agile framework with technology, sales, marketing, operations, and support to ensure expected business outcomes, customer satisfaction, and efficiency expectations are realized. The Lead Product Manager also ensures that the product and marketing efforts support AgFirst’s overall strategy and goals.



The Product Manager is expected to:

























    • Execute on the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the collateral management and document storage service offering
    • Deliver market requirements (what the customer needs to solve their problem) and product requirements (how a product will address the customers need) with prioritized features and corresponding business value justification
    • Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and opportunities
    • Be an expert with respect to the competition and benchmarking to industry best practice
    • Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
    • Support product demos to customers and stakeholders
    • Set goals related to business outcomes, process metrics, and user satisfaction
    • Deliver product features and roadmap refinements to senior leadership quarterly
    • Develop and maintain business value proposition tools, documentation, and collateral
    • Manage to budget and timelines to ensure successful product launches
    • Develop the customer engagement models for our customer base: Farm Credit Associations
    • Execute the engagement and communication plan to keep Associations participating and aware of our transformational journey
    • Act as a leader within the company

Requirements:























    • Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager
    • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
    • 10+ years of experience in a job in the lending, commercial or mortgage banking, fintech, loan origination platforms market
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
    • Technical background, with experience in Agile
    • Excellent teamwork skills
    • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
    • Post pandemic, must be able to travel 20-25% of the time
    • Examples and at least one sample of an effective product launch delivered in the past
    • Experience in imaging solutions, electronic vaulting, electronic signatures a plus
    • Experience in collateral management a plus
