As an intern of the Project Management Office (PMO), the core competency is supporting Portfolio, Project, and Resource Managers to apply best practices for Portfolio and Project Management processes and tools. In addition, provide key technology and reporting support to PMO to drive discipline, efficiency, and standardization. Responsible for supporting a common set of best practices, principles, reports, and templates for Portfolio, Project Management, Scrum, and Kanban teams. Provide key support in areas of report consolidation, monitoring and control. In addition, support and/or drive PMO initiatives, attend to queries regarding governance, standards and quality expectations.
